Q: How do I change the address on the account?

A: Please write us at P.O. Box 6567, Tallahassee, Florida 32314-6567 to request a change of address. The request should include the account owner's signature.

Q: How does an out-of-state move affect our prepaid contract?

A: Moving out-of-state does not affect the contract. The child may still enroll in a state university or community college in Florida as an in-state student for tuition purposes.
