General Information

Q: How do I get information regarding my account?

A: Please call Customer Service at 1-800-552-GRAD (4723).

Q: How do I cancel a contract?

A: Click here to view the Cancellation Form . For security purposes, refund processing requires that the completed form include the notarized signature of the account owner.

Q: How do I replace a missing coupon book?

A: Please call Customer Service at 1-800-552-GRAD (4723) to request a new coupon book. Until you receive the new coupon book, you may send payments to us at P.O. Box 31088, Tampa, Florida 33631-3088. Please write the account number(s) on the check for which you are making payment.

Q: How do I replace a lost ID card?

A: Please call Customer Service at 1-800-552-GRAD (4723) to request a new ID card.

Q: How do I change the address on the account?

A: For security purposes, changes of address must be sent to us at P.O. Box 6567, Tallahassee, Florida 32314-6567 to request a change of address. The request must include the account owner's signature.

Q: How do I change the name of the account account owner?

A: Click here to view the Account Owner Change Form. The request must include the original account owner's notarized signature.

Q: How do I change the name of the account beneficiary?

A: Click here to view the Beneficiary Change Form. The request must include the account owner's signature and documentation that the substitute beneficiary meets the residency requirements for Program eligibility. Q: How do I use the plan at an out-of-state college or a private college in Florida?

Q: How do I add a local fee plan, tuition differential fee plan and/or dormitory plan to my current contract(s)?

A: Local fee, tuition differential fee and dormitory plans may only be added during the annual enrollment period for children currently in the eighth grade or younger.  You may add a local fee, tuition differential fee and/or dormitory plan online.

Q: How do I request a payoff balance?

A: Please call Customer Service at 1-800-552-GRAD (4723) to request a payoff balance.

Q: How do I request a scholarship refund?

A: Click here to view the Scholarship Refund Form. The request should include the scholarship award letter and the beneficiary's class schedule for that term. Scholarship refund requests must be submitted each term that the scholarship is awarded.

Q: How do I request a refund based on the disability of the beneficiary?
